Due to the custom nature of our work and being a service-based business we do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges. However if there is ever any issue that needs to be fixed we can absolutely do so at no charge within 1 year of purchase. This does not include regular wear and tear.

For our collection styles, please email us at info@shopgoodsandservices.com within 14 days if you would like to exchange or refund (minus shipping). The product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
