You will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to ship us your shoes. We do not accept shoes without orders.

Once we receive your shoes we will reach out to confirm all design details for re-designs only or if we have any questions.

Current wait time is approximately 10-12 weeks from the date your shoes are received. (8-10 weeks for basic resoles) Please see each individual service for more details of wait time.
